Lunch buffet at The Hotel InterContinental Singapore with Pornsak this morning, May 9th 2015. As Pornsak makes his way around the table he notices my hubby Jeremy and myself. Funny when he asked me what are the most memorable time Jeremy did for me. I paused for a moment to get the right answer. Lol. It wasn't a Q&A so yeah; all in the name of fun and laughter-candid moment. It's nice to have met the video camera man once again at the event. The last time we met him were at our house for the recording of Channel 5, Meet My Family Season 2.

Totally forgot to take a selfie with pornsak. When it's time for lunch everyone queued. We were told to join another queue so we did as told. But upon joining another queue, once again another guy told us to return back to the queue we were queing in the first place! Reason: Not opening the other section of the buffet area. Apparently they did after 5 minutes. (",) Directions given by the ushers were a bit messy.

I return back to the other section coz I thought maybe they had the kueh pie tee's cups (casing) as they had ran out of it. First the filing (toppings) were gone and the cups (casing) were left. Next moment more filings (toppings) and no cups (casing) for filling those pie tee. And as I was walking to that section, one of the ushers (girl) stopped me and said "oh, we ran out of food". I told her that the other section of the buffet area have not top-up the kueh pie tee cups (casing) and I thought maybe this section has it. When she said all the food is gone I was shocked. She wasn't helpful and directed me by saying ask one of the chefs. I said oh, ok..Which I end up not to. Waited patiently untill one of the chefs brought out a few cups (casings) in a tray to the buffet area. Came across a man who were so impatient (could tell from his body language) that he can't wait to take all the pie tee for himself. It takes time to fill up the pie tee cups but he seems impatient. Oh well.. *_*

There were lots of hungry and impatient people. Sometimes I don't understand human beings; the food will still be there. Nowadays it's hard to find true gentlemen who give way to ladies first. A little advise; take only what you need and never waste food especially at buffets. But sometimes people tend to over indulge. Overall food was quite alright except that I totally missed out trying the satay. It was all gone in split seconds. :(

The cooking demonstration were alright just a little bit too long as I expected. Overhead a lady asking when is it going to end? And as I was making my way to the ladies, a mother was feeding a small piece of chiffon cake from the buffet to her child. Poor thing.

It all ended with Pornsak riding a bicycle with a basket full of carnations that were given to all the mothers at the event for Mother's Day.

Thanks Mama Lemon! And to my hubby Jeremy for being there by my side. He stood up awake even though he's totally exhausted. Love 'ya! ♡
